We collect account details you provide (name, business name, email, phone), campaign details such as listing URLs, preferred pacing, and brief notes, and technical data such as browser type, approximate location, and device identifiers needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

When you pay, our payment processors collect the payment details and references needed for the method you choose (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or crypto). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We store order IDs, package selections, wallet credits, and support message history so we can fulfil campaigns and resolve disputes.

Information is used to operate your account, fulfil orders, communicate about delivery, improve the service, detect fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Marketing emails are limited to service updates and product information related to GrowReviewz; you can ask us to stop promotional messages while still receiving transactional notices about active orders.

We share data with processors that help us host the site, send email, store files, and process payments (including card, wallet and crypto payment providers). Those processors may only use the data to provide their service to us under contract.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate reorganisation. Our Australia and United Kingdom desks handle the same categories of data under their own local privacy notices where you order there.

We retain account and order records for as long as the account is active and as required for tax, dispute, chargeback, or legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them where practicable.

Support tickets and delivery logs may be kept longer when needed to evidence fulfilment. You can ask what we still hold by emailing the contact below.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and vendor reviews for systems that process personal data. Session cookies for the dashboard and admin tools are httpOnly where applicable.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Use a unique password, keep dashboard access private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing support. Some records may be retained where we have a legal duty to keep them (for example payment and tax records).
