Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in to the client dashboard, or placing an order on growreviewz.com you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern the global GrowReviewz website, dashboard, and review campaign orders operated by The House of Drew Limited.

If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company for campaigns, billing, and support requests under your account. Keeping one authorised contact on each order helps us resolve listing or pacing questions faster.

Our Australia and United Kingdom desks publish their own Terms for locality-specific campaigns. Orders placed on those regional sites are also subject to the regional Terms shown at checkout.

GrowReviewz provides paced review campaigns and related account tooling for Google Business Profiles and other listings you submit. Packages may include written briefs, delivery calendars, dashboard tracking, and replacement cover as described at checkout.

We do not guarantee search rankings, Maps pack placement, traffic, calls, or sales. Platform policies (Google and others) can change and may affect delivery timing or retention of individual reviews. Ranking and discovery also depend on distance, categories, and listing hygiene outside our control.

You must submit correct public listing URLs, trading names, and location or service details that match a listing you control or are authorised to manage. Incorrect URLs can delay or misdirect a campaign and may use part of your package volume before we can pause delivery.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if access looks compromised so we can help secure the session and pause active orders where needed. We do not require your Google password for standard campaigns - public listing details are enough unless we ask otherwise in writing before work starts.

You may not use the service to impersonate a competitor, harass individuals, or request content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have rights to publish on the listing you submit.

We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules, conflict with platform policies, or create risk for other customers. If a brief looks unclear, ask before checkout so we can confirm scope in writing.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency labels displayed on the page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers for the method you choose (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, crypto, or wallet balance where enabled); confirm totals, package volume, and delivery window before you pay.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension while we investigate. Please follow the Refund Policy and contact support before disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrowReviewz is not liable for lost profits, ranking changes, third-party platform enforcement, or indirect damages arising from campaigns.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for GrowReviewz services in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as packages, payment rails, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the global site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders. Past orders remain subject to the Terms in force when you checked out, unless a change is required by law. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of GrowReviewz, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. GrowReviewz is operated by The House of Drew Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17268167).

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
