Question 1

What is GrowReviewz?

Accepted Answer

GrowReviewz is a reputation campaign platform that helps businesses plan, purchase, and track paced review delivery for Google listings — with a live dashboard, human briefs, and specialist support.

Question 2

What is GMB Optimization?

Accepted Answer

GMB (Google My Business, now called Google Business Profile) optimization means completing and improving a business listing — categories, photos, hours, posts and steady reviews — so it ranks better in local search and Google Maps. Stronger listing hygiene plus paced, listing-matched reviews helps shoppers trust the pin they see.

Question 3

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Local service businesses, clinics, hospitality brands, and multi-location operators who want a paced review campaign with dashboard visibility — not a consumer directory of random shops.

Question 4

How is GrowReviewz different from cheap review vendors?

Accepted Answer

We focus on natural pacing, listing-matched copy, and order tracking in your dashboard. Cheap dump vendors post too fast with identical scripts — that is exactly what filters and sceptical shoppers notice.

Question 5

Do you guarantee Google rankings or Map Pack placement?

Accepted Answer

No honest provider can guarantee rankings. Map Pack results also depend on distance, categories, photos, and listing hygiene. We strengthen the review side of your profile so shoppers see fresher, more specific proof.

Question 6

How do I track an order?

Accepted Answer

Open Dashboard → My Orders. Each campaign includes an order ID, package, status, payment state, and progress notes. Overview also highlights your most recent campaigns.

Question 7

Can I change listing details after checkout?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as delivery has not finished. Update the URL, location notes, or keywords from Support or Account Settings and we will confirm before the next batch goes live.

Question 8

When does my campaign actually start?

Accepted Answer

After payment succeeds and onboarding details are confirmed, most campaigns begin within 24–48 hours. Exact start timing depends on the package window and any brief clarifications we still need from you.

Question 9

Can I order for more than one location?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Place separate orders per listing URL, or contact support for a multi-location plan so each pin gets its own pace and neighborhood brief.

Question 10

Are there recurring charges on one-time packages?

Accepted Answer

No. When you select any of our one-time review packages, there are zero recurring fees, hidden dues, or automatic rebilling. You pay exactly the price displayed once.

Question 11

How do refunds and replacements work?

Accepted Answer

If delivery has not started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once delivery has started, unused volume is usually credited rather than refunded in cash. Eligible drops inside the 30-day follow-up window may receive one replacement after we review the delivery log.

Question 12

Can I cancel or pause my monthly subscription plan?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled from your dashboard or by writing support. Reviews already delivered stay on the listing. Upcoming scheduled items are stopped after the current billing period unless you ask us to halt sooner.

Question 13

Can I upgrade my package after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We apply unused value toward a larger package where possible and adjust the remaining delivery calendar so the pace stays consistent.

Question 14

Do you offer discounts for larger volumes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Higher-volume packages and multi-location campaigns usually include better per-review pricing. Check the services page for current tiers, or ask support for a custom quote above 100 reviews.

Question 15

Is pricing the same for every country?

Accepted Answer

Checkout shows pricing for your selected market (Global, AU, or UK). Local currency labels and package windows can differ by market while the campaign process stays the same.

Question 16

Can I supply review themes or keywords?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share service names, neighborhood terms, and topics to emphasize. We use them as guidance so the writing still reads like a customer, not an ad.

Question 17

Do you post negative reviews?

Accepted Answer

Standard packages are for 5-star campaigns. We do not run attack campaigns against other businesses.

Question 18

Can reviews mention my city, services, or staff names?

Accepted Answer

Yes — when those details match the business you actually run. Add them in the order notes so each brief stays specific without sounding scripted.

Question 19

Will reviews look the same or copy-pasted?

Accepted Answer

No. We vary phrasing, timing, and focus points across the delivery window so activity looks like separate customer visits — not one overnight dump.

Question 20

Do you need access to my Google Business Profile?

Accepted Answer

Usually no. We need the public listing URL and business details. We will tell you if a campaign requires additional access.

Question 21

Can reviews be filtered by Google?

Accepted Answer

Google may hold or filter reviews based on its own systems. We pace delivery and vary copy to reduce obvious patterns, but we cannot override platform decisions.

Question 22

Should my listing be verified before I order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A claimed, complete listing with correct categories, hours, and photos gives shoppers a clearer pin — and helps review campaigns look consistent with a real business.

Question 23

What listing URL should I paste at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Paste the public Maps / Google listing URL shoppers already see. Avoid private admin links. If you are unsure, open your business on Google Maps and copy the share link.

Question 24

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Checkout accepts major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, crypto, and wallet balance where enabled. Invoice terms for Enterprise campaigns are arranged with your specialist.

Question 25

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

One-time packages are billed at checkout. Monthly plans renew on the same date each month until cancelled.

Question 26

Will I get an email when payment succeeds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After a successful payment you receive an order confirmation email, and our ops inbox is notified so the campaign can move into processing.

Question 27

How does wallet checkout work?

Accepted Answer

Add funds from Dashboard → Wallet, then choose Pay from wallet at checkout for a small discount. If your wallet is frozen for risk review, use card or crypto instead until support unlocks it.

Question 28

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Use Sign up in the header, continue with Google, or complete checkout. Sign in later with your Gmail to view campaigns, wallet, and invoices.

Question 29

Can multiple teammates share a login?

Accepted Answer

Use one account owner and share dashboard access internally as needed. Dedicated manager notes stay attached to that account.

Question 30

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the login page. We email a short-lived reset link to your Gmail. Google sign-in accounts can also continue with Google.

Question 31

Why was my account suspended or blocked?

Accepted Answer

Accounts may be suspended for policy or fraud-risk reasons. If you see a suspended message at login, contact our team with your Gmail so we can review and help resolve it.

Question 32

How fast does support reply?

Accepted Answer

Email inquiries are typically reviewed within one business hour during operating coverage. Active campaigns are routed to a specialist, not a generic bot loop.

Question 33

Where can I reach you?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact form, info@growreviewz.com, or the phone number in the footer. Dashboard users can also open Support from the sidebar.

Question 34

Can I change pace or pause delivery mid-campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes in most cases. Message support from your dashboard with the order ID and what you need changed — slower pace, URL update, or a temporary pause — and we confirm before the next drop.

Question 35

What should I include when I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Include your Gmail, order ID, listing URL, and a short note about the issue. Screenshots help for missing reviews or payment questions so we can resolve faster.
