United Kingdom Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GrowReviewz processes personal information when you visit the United Kingdom pages of growreviewz.com, create a United Kingdom account, place a UK order, or message the UK desk. The data controller is The House of Drew Limited (Company No. 17268167), a company registered in England and Wales. This policy applies to UK accounts and is separate from the global privacy notice.

If you use both the global site and United Kingdom pages, the practices below apply to UK accounts, campaign briefs, dashboard messages and support tickets handled by the UK desk.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, billing references, public Google listing URLs, neighbourhood and service notes in your brief, dashboard correspondence, and technical logs needed to secure the UK dashboard.

We never ask for Google login passwords. A public Maps URL and order details are enough to run paced campaigns and answer support questions about delivery or listing changes.

We use data to deliver United Kingdom review campaigns, authenticate sessions, prevent fraud, send order updates, respond to support messages, and improve the UK site experience.

We do not sell UK contact lists. Optional marketing follows preferences in your account or unsubscribe links in those emails. Processing is carried out for legitimate interests in providing the service and, where required, for contract performance.

Support teams or infrastructure may sit outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data leaves the UK, we take appropriate steps consistent with UK GDPR expectations and this policy.
