United Kingdom Terms of Service

Opening a GrowReviewz United Kingdom account, signing into the UK dashboard, or placing a UK campaign order means you accept these Terms of Service. They apply only to United Kingdom pages and orders and sit separately from the global site Terms.

If you order on behalf of a limited company, partnership or sole trader, you confirm you have authority to bind that business for UK campaigns, billing and support. Keep one authorised contact on the account so listing or pacing questions can be resolved quickly.

GrowReviewz United Kingdom delivers paced review campaigns aimed at Google Business Profiles visible to UK searchers. Packages may include postcode-aware briefs, GMT/BST scheduling, dashboard tracking and replacement cover as described at checkout on the UK services page.

We do not promise Map Pack rank, call volume, revenue or any specific Google algorithm outcome. Platform rules, moderation and local factors such as distance and categories can change and may affect timing or whether individual reviews remain live.

You must provide the correct public Maps URL, trading name and neighbourhood or service detail for listings you own or are authorised to manage in the United Kingdom. Wrong URLs can delay delivery or spend volume on the wrong pin before we can pause.

You are responsible for activity under your UK login. Contact support promptly if access looks compromised so we can help secure the session. Never share Google account passwords with GrowReviewz - a public listing link is enough.

Orders must not impersonate competitors, harass individuals, or request unlawful or misleading copy. Campaigns must relate to genuine UK listings you control or are authorised to operate.

We may refuse or cancel briefs that breach these rules, conflict with Google policies, or create risk for other customers. When unsure, ask the UK desk in writing before you pay.

UK package cards may show GBP-friendly figures. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers for the method you choose (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, crypto, or wallet balance where enabled). Confirm totals, volume and delivery window at checkout before paying.

Chargebacks raised without contacting UK support first may suspend the United Kingdom account while we investigate. Follow the Refund Policy and speak to support before disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory UK law. Subject to that, GrowReviewz is not liable for lost profits, ranking changes, third-party platform actions or indirect losses arising from UK campaigns.

Where liability can be limited, our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid for UK services in the three months before the claim. Google My Business outcomes remain subject to Google’s own policies.

We may update these United Kingdom Terms when packages, payment rails or legal requirements change. Material updates appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the United Kingdom site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future UK orders. Past checkouts remain under the Terms in force when you paid, unless the law requires otherwise. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of GrowReviewz United Kingdom, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. GrowReviewz is operated by The House of Drew Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17268167).

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under UK law.
