Australia Terms of Service

By creating an Australia account, signing in to the AU dashboard, or placing an Australia order you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern GrowReviewz Australia pages and campaigns and are written separately from the global Terms on the main site.

If you act for a company registered in Australia or abroad, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to this agreement for AU campaigns, billing, and support requests made under your account. Keeping one authorised contact on the order helps us resolve listing or pacing questions faster.

GrowReviewz Australia provides paced Google review campaigns aimed at Google Business Profiles discoverable to Australian searchers. Packages may include suburb-aware briefs, AEST/AEDT scheduling, dashboard tracking, and replacement cover as described at checkout.

We do not guarantee Maps pack placement, rankings, call volume, or revenue. Google policies, moderation, and local search factors - including distance, categories, and listing hygiene - can change and may affect delivery timing or retention of individual reviews.

You must submit correct public Maps URLs, trading names, and suburb or service details that match the listing you control or are authorised to manage. Incorrect URLs can delay or misdirect a campaign and may use part of your package volume before we can pause delivery.

You are responsible for activity on your AU account. Tell us promptly if access looks compromised so we can help secure the session and pause active orders where needed. Do not share Google passwords with GrowReviewz - public listing details are enough.

You may not order content that impersonates a competitor, targets individuals for harassment, or requests unlawful or misleading statements. Campaigns must relate to listings you operate or are authorised to manage in Australia.

We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules, conflict with Google policies, or create risk for other customers on the Australia desk. If a brief looks unclear, ask before checkout so we can confirm scope in writing.

Package prices on AU pages may present AUD-friendly figures. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers for the method you choose (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, crypto, or wallet balance where enabled). Confirm totals, package volume, and delivery window at checkout before you pay.

Chargebacks filed without contacting AU support first may lead to suspension of the Australia account while we investigate. Please follow the Refund Policy and contact support before disputing a payment with your bank.

To the extent Australian Consumer Law allows, GrowReviewz is not liable for lost profits, ranking shifts, third-party platform enforcement, or indirect damages arising from AU campaigns.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for AU services in the three months before a claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable Australian law.

We may revise these Australia Terms as packages, payment rails, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Australia site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future Australia orders. Past orders remain subject to the Terms in force when you checked out, unless a change is required by law. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of GrowReviewz Australia, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. GrowReviewz is operated by The House of Drew Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17268167).

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without affecting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
